Community Investment


In 2023 GHN Created Connect2Everyone, a community investment program. 


To connect and work locally with our community based-organizations to support and advance population health, including access to care, nutrition, social connection, and workforce development. The organizations awarded were located in Whitman, Kittitas, Walla Walla, Yakima, Yakama Nation, Benton, Asotin, Garfield, Spokane and Franklin Counties.


The 14 Organizations listed below were awarded funding for dedicated projects.
