Welcome. Thank you for your interest in Greater Health Now’s Connect2Everyone grant program. The purpose of this program is to connect and work locally with our community based-organizations to support and advance population health, including access to care, nutrition, social connection, and workforce development. Greater Health Now’s Connect2Everyone awards grant to organizations located in Asotin, Benton, Columbia, Franklin, Garfield, Kittitas, Walla Walla, Whitman, and Yakima Counties, and Yakama Nation.
At Greater Health Now, we understand that improving the health of our communities starts by bringing people together and building workable solutions.
For this reason, GHN created Connect2Everyone, a community investment program to connect and work locally with our community based-organizations to support and advance population health, including access to care, nutrition, social connection, and workforce development.
Our goal is to strategically collaborate with our community partners, scale up good practices and adapt programs based on data driven recommendations, and fund organizations leading community-based programs that aligns with our mission, and create a community of practice working together, in the following focus areas:
Access to Care. Challenges in rural Washington exacerbate health equity and access issues.
Nutrition. GHN's region is the cornerstone of the Washington State agriculture economy. Our ACH also has a disproportionate diabetes burden and obesity prevalence.
Social Connection. Loneliness has detrimental impact on health and well being.
Workforce Development. GHN will continue to lead the way by supporting workforce development initiatives.
Domestic public or private non-profit organizations, faith-based organizations, community-based organizations, hospitals, Indian tribal governments or organizations, and institutions of higher education, recognized under section 501(c)(3).
Greater Health Now will accept completed applications from August 1 through September 30, 2023. Applications received after September 30 at 5PM is considered ineligible.
The minimum request amount is $50,000 up to the maximum amount of $75,000.
Funding is intended to support one-year project from January 1, 2024-December 31, 2024
The intent of these funds is to benefit people in Asotin, Benton, Columbia, Franklin, Garfield,
Kittitas, Walla Walla, Whitman, and Yakima Counties, and Yakama Nation.

Greater Health Now’s Connect2Everyone does not support: Individuals, Political organizations and activities including lobbying, Religious activities, Fundraising, Capital building, equipment over $5,000, endowment, or debt reduction drives, Organizations without 501(c)(3) designations, Requests in foreign countries.
Greater Health Now (GHN) seeks to provide financial assistance to organizations hosting events or leading community-based projects that align with our project areas and mission to advance the health of the population by decreasing health disparities, improving efficiency of health care delivery, and empowering individuals and communities through collaboration, innovation, and engagement.
