Connect2Everyone Grant
In 2023 GHN Created Connect2Everyone, a community investment program. The goal of this program was to connect and work locally with our community based-organizations to support and advance population health, including access to care, nutrition, social connection, and workforce development. Please check back in late July/beginning of August, 2024 for the grant application to open.
