Below is a list of classes we proudly offer.

Civil Treatment for Leaders (CTL):  Civil Treatment for Leaders by Employment Learning Innovations (ELI) focuses on a wide range of behaviors to offer a comprehensive learning solution based on realistic business simulations to spark new insights for your leaders in how “doing what we’ve always done” affects results in ways they may not have considered. With simple and sustainable learning models and tools, leaders will develop skills proven to positively impact their workplace culture and business results.

Crucial Conversations: Crucial Conversations by Crucial Learning teaches you an array of dialogue principles and practical skills, explained and demonstrated through numerous examples. After this training, you’ll be able to talk to anyone about virtually any topic, no matter how sensitive.

Crucial Influence: Drawing on five decades of social science research and working with successful leaders around the world, the Crucial Influence Model reveals why people do what they do and how all leaders—from aspiring leaders to top executives—can influence others for lasting results.

Leadership Coaching: At GHN, we provide a highly selective coaching option for leaders within our designated service regions, consisting of regular coaching sessions over three months, available annually and as space allows.

Mental Health First Aid: Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. In this class you will learn how to respond with the Mental Health First Aid Action Plan (ALGEE): Assess for risk of suicide or harm, Listen nonjudgmentally, Give reassurance and information, Encourage appropriate professional help, and Encourage self-help and other support strategies. Mental Health First Aid covers common signs and symptoms of mental health challenges, common signs and symptoms of substance use challenges, how to interact with a person in crisis, how to connect a person with help, and expanded content on trauma, substance use and self-care. This class is suited for employers, police officers, hospital staff, first responders, and caring individuals.

The Power of Habit: Habits are unparalleled predictors of long-term outcomes. They affect performance more than talent, intelligence, luck, or decision-making. Most know this, yet we struggle to take control of our habits to get the outcomes we want. If knowing is half the battle, the other half is doing. Success is predicated on self-mastery; high performance is a matter of habit.
