Enrollment in a Qualified Health Plan is limited to the yearly Open Enrollment period (Nov-Jan) or during a Special Enrollment Period.
Enrollment in Washington Apple Health (Medicaid) is open year-round.

Open Enrollment Hours:
Monday-Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm by appointment only. Virtual and in-person appointments are available.
Saturday: 10 am – 2:00 pm. Virtual appointments only.

Our Navigator Network
We serve residents living in Asotin, Benton, Columbia, Franklin, Garfield, Kittitas, Walla Walla, Whitman, Yakima Counties, and the Yakama Nation.
We have reached different population segments such as un/underinsured individuals, those experiencing homelessness, and the region’s diverse racial/ethnic populations.
